[Bug] Duplicate chat messages and input boxes rendering in TUI

Bug Description
I am seeing multiple input boxes and same chat messages being repeated again and again. This has been happening consistently for last 15-20 days with me. I have tried claude code TUI in both inside intellij IDEA and iterm. One fix I was able to figure out is use ctrl + L. Most of the time it gets resolved on ctrl + L but sometimes it doesn't. My claude is up to date. Really frustrated with this issue.
