What's Wrong?

Title: VS Code extension v2.1.129 commands not registering on Windows
Description: After installing Claude Code for VS Code (v2.1.129), the extension panel renders blank and all commands return "command not found" errors (e.g., claude-vscode.sidebar.open, claude-vscode.showLogs). Reinstalling the extension and reloading the window did not fix it. Eventually after multiple restarts the extension activated, but the activation process was unreliable. The terminal CLI version works fine. Windows 11, VS Code latest version.

What Should Happen?

Tha claude code must continiue working on VS studio

Steps to Reproduce

I unistall the claude plug in completely twice and reinstall again but no success the Claude Code command is not working, I did try to fix it together with my desktop Claude with no luck, it did reccomend me to send message here about this issue.
