[BUG] v2.1.129 — Extension panel renders blank/empty after auto-update on Windows VS Code

What's Wrong?

Version: 2.1.129
Platform: Windows, VS Code
Date: 2026-05-06

Description:
After the auto-update to v2.1.129, the Claude Code extension
panel renders completely blank. Both "CLAUDE CODE" and "CHAT"
tabs show empty content. The sidebar appears but the main
content area is empty.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Auto-update Claude Code extension to 2.1.129
2. Open VS Code
3. Click on Claude Code panel

Expected: Panel should load with chat/code interface
Actual: Panel is completely blank

Workaround:
Reload Window does NOT fix the issue.
Downgrading to a previous version resolves the problem.
