[BUG]Extension stuck on "Activating..." in v2.1.129 — works fine on v2.1.128

What's Wrong?

Bug: Claude Code for VS Code v2.1.129 gets stuck on "Activating..."
and throws error: 'claude-vscode.editor.openLast' not found

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Claude Code extension v2.1.129
2. Open VS Code
3. Extension shows "Activating..." indefinitely

Expected: Extension activates normally
Actual: Stuck on "Activating...", command not found error

Workaround: Downgrading to v2.1.128 fixes the issue completely

OS: Windows
VS Code version: 1.118.1 (user setup)
