[Bug] Claude Code generates lower quality responses compared to web Claude with insufficient reasoning and outdated information

Bug Description
The app is currently extremely poor and sloppy. Claude in the side panel gives 1000% better answers and actually thinks things through. Claude Code is careless, riddled with assumptions, doesn't check the internet for the latest versions or current state of things. It's maddening — it behaves like a lazy developer just coasting through the day.
