Desktop app: new tab renders blank (no input box visible)

Description

When opening a new tab in the Claude Code desktop app, the tab content area is completely blank — no input box, no UI elements appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code desktop app
2. Open a new tab (e.g. via the + button or switching sessions)
3. Click on the new tab

Expected Behavior

The new tab should display the chat interface with an input box at the bottom.

Actual Behavior

The tab content area is entirely black/blank. No input box or UI is visible.

Workaround

• Resizing the window does not fix it
• Clicking in the blank area does not fix it
• The only workaround is to close the blank tab and continue using the original tab
