lost claude md file and need to compensate token !

i did the claude code project last night, and did over 2 hours and took thousand token and update the claude md file, however, i open the project today, Claude code said there is nothing did last night, it all lost, you waste my time and token !! now, i need to re-do this project, and spend another token around. You need to compensate the token to me !
