[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Rate limiting consumes free ultrareviews without completing

Bug Description
I ran an ultrareview (one of the free 3 for Max until May 5th) and got:

● Remote review completed
⎿ API Error: Server is temporarily limiting requests (not your usage limit) ·

Rate limited twice which also wasted by two free ultrareviews instantly and now can't even try the feature. Very disappointing feature, will not be using going forward.
