[Bug] Builder visibility not restricted to current scene during farm field upgrades

Bug Description
. şöyle yapacağız. builder tarla upgrade etmeye veya kurmaya gidiyorsa hangi sahnedeysem orda görebilmeliyi. cinematic değil. örneğin builder yola çıktı ana sahnede çiftliğe yürüyorsa ana sahnede görüp çiftlik sahnesinde görememem gerekiyor. ana sahnede çiftliğe varıp içeri girdiğinde ise çiftlik içinde tarlaya yürüdüğünü sonra inşaata başladığını görmem gerek. tarlayı kurduktan veya upgrade ettikten sonra çiftlik sahnesi içinde yürüyüp çiftliğin çıkış kenarına(sağ alt uygun) yürüsün. sağ alt kenara varınca çiftlikten çıkmış olsun ve ana sahnede çiftlikten inşaat yönetimine yürüsün. demek istediğim tam olarak şu: inşaatçı çiftlik içerisinde mi? o zaman ana sahnede göremeyeceğim. inşaatçi ana sahnede mi? o zaman çiftlik içerisinde göremeyeceğim
