[Bug] Model refuses to generate code despite context and corrections

Bug Description
What am i supposed to do here , i have provided context , plan correction after correction and the model refuse refused to actualy code the thing even start on it , it just keep messing up? cerntainly it only wnat to code rust in pyhtonic way . this is soo frustating
