[Bug] Claude Code exits with code 1 during LocalSessions.setFocusedSession with loaded plugins

Bug Description
Desktop crashes Claude Code sessions with exit code 1.

• Cowork works fine in same desktop, only Claude Code module dies.
• Bundled CLI (2.1.121) works when invoked directly with same args.
• Crash happens at LocalSessions.setFocusedSession step, before any stdin

payload, no stderr captured.

• Account org 35f078e7-5480-436a-a00f-4e37bf6c457a
• Loads 8 plugins from "knowledge-work-plugins" marketplace, all flagged

"Shadowing with no-ops to prevent SDK double-load".

• 24 remote MCP servers, 361 enabled MCP tools.
• Removing Vercel plugin and Figma extension changed the crash timing but not

the outcome.

• dxt:allowlistLastUpdated bumped today at 19:54 UTC; vercel plugin updated

19:04 UTC.
