Image Interpretation Inaccuracies in Vision-Based Analysis

Bug Description
Claude is not very good at interpreting / viewing images. It sees things that are not there and doesn't understamnd the issue I am trying to describe which makes debugging UI issues tedious. This has been an issue as long as I've used Claude.
