[Bug] Incorrect usage percentage displayed on new session initialization

Bug Description
It's a new session of a new weekly session. Yet, my weekly session already shows 1% used and my current session 10%. I haven't touched Claude at all. I'm on a Max 5X plan, so 10% of current usage is a lot! There is clearly something wrong with your usage monitoring. The same happened on a previous occasion, where a new session rolled over and I watched it start with 5% used.
