What's Wrong?

エラー内容：
Claude Code returned an error result:
No message found with message.uuid of: 63fdab55-9b37-4900-bf09-225a4da48c2d

再現手順：

• 会話が長くなった状態で返信しようとするとこのエラーが出る
• 「もう一度試す」を押しても解消しない
• 新しいチャットを開くしか回避策がない

OS: Windows 11

What Should Happen?

会話を続けることができるはずです。「もう一度試す」を押せば正常に返答が再開されるはずです。

Steps to Reproduce

1. Claude Code で会話を続ける（長めの会話）
2. 返信しようとすると「Claudeはそのメッセージを処理できませんでした」と表示される
3. 「もう一度試す」を押しても同じエラーが繰り返される
4. 新しいチャットを開くしか回避できない
