What's Wrong?

I have noticed that my weekly usage has suddenly been rapidly consumed. Last night, I was working with roughly 30% used allotment. When I went through my 5 hr usage allotment, the weekly had jumped to 54%! Typically I will get to 100% on the 5 hr sessions a dozen or more times in the week before my weekly is exhausted, this was strange. Today I ran a session in terminal and waited for the 5 hr reset. Same thing happened last night. It appeared today when I began with a spike to 73%. I used my 5 hr allotment and walked away after acknowledging in terminal that my usage capped. It was a 78% at that time. I came back to resume the session and saw that suddenly my usage for the week had skyrocketed to 97% - while I was away, inactive, not working on the build, awaiting my usage to reset (so not expectation of usage after the weekly 78% mark was observed) then before I resume, it's at 97% with nothing running on my end... there's a bad leak somewhere, behavior has suddenly changed? Limits dropped?? What's going out. Out of usage until next Tuesday - also when running my normal Sun-Sat schedule, I see the usage reset jumped to Monday, then Tuesday, Then in the same week shows Friday, then Thursday, then hops back to Tuesday.. super glitchy and overcharging my usage because of this leak/quirk/glitch.

What Should Happen?

I am claude.md requires EXECUTE before anything. Responding to prompts only and generating code. It should not burn through 70% of my usage while inactive when waiting more my usage block to refresh.

This is a general behavior / leakage issue not tied to any code. Nothing was running when I walked away. Permissions were not given to do anything without prompting and confirmation. This leak happened when not interacting with terminal.
