[BUG] RemoteTrigger.list fixed at 20. Can't see my full list of routines even though they are running via API or UI after you have 20

What's Wrong?

I have 20+ routines and when I return remote triggers list I see has_more:true but, have no way to see the rest of them. This is also not visible at all on the UI. I have logs though on my side that show they are running. The expected behavior is happening in the repo they are saving to.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to see all my routines on the UI or at least be able to pull them all programmatically

Steps to Reproduce

Either get the RemoteTrigger.list or go the App UI to get the full list and have 20+ routines. Some will be missing. This is fixed when you delete routines and get under 20
