[Bug] Snowflake MCP Connector OAuth token endpoint mismatch

Bug Description
Trying to set up the Snowflake MCP Connector in Claude but running into an issue - it is failing OAuth authorization. Suspected cause: token endpoint mismatch (/oauth/token vs /oauth/token-request). Reference ID from Claude: ofid_e55d085fe58c7335. Reference ID from Snowflake: ofid_964bbc7965c8f9d4.
