Claude not following instructions and jumping rails.

Bug Description
claude is repeatedly not following instructions and attempting to jump security rails.

Given all the other reports here, this is a legal liability in addition to an actual real life security issue.

Anthropic, get it together, or your VC will be funding a class action defense, not actual tools.
