[BUG] claude app deleted chat history cowork and code after uninstall

What's Wrong?

I'm not a techie. i have been using claude laptop version for cowork to create documents and code for some web/landing pages. the claude laptop app was not opening this morning and my claude phone app told me to uninstall then reinstall. so i did that. for last 5 hours i've tried contacting a live person to find out where is the chat history on the cowork and code? my chats are there but not everything else.

What Should Happen?

someone should find me chat history and upload them into my account. then credit me for 3 months of claude for free.
