Problem Statement

Windows VSC - Claude Code.
"You've hit your session limit - resets in 1h".
Either date/time stamp the original message or state when the 1 hour is up (local machine time).
Can be AFK and not see the original appearance, so no idea when the 1h expires.

Proposed Solution

Add created date/time to the first post of the message, plus add the renewal local date/time.
