[BUG] "Copy message" feature is not copying the claude response to the clipboard

What's Wrong?

When i right click and try to copy the message which is more then ten lines longer and have bullets point in it, on the claude code's response in the desktop app, it does not copy that to clipboard.
Copy as markdown does work though.

What Should Happen?

The "Copy message" shoudl copy the message to the clipboard.

Error Messages/Logs

No visible error messages on desktop app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open claude desktop app on windows
2. As claude to give you a twen point summary for example difference between ios and android with bullets points and dufference tables.
3. Let claude give you full response and then let it stop
4. Right click the response
5. Select "Copy message"
6. And try to paste it any where or do "Win + v" to check you clip board
7. The paste does not anything to note pad or any where else and clip board records "No Preview Data"

Yes, this worked in a previous version

Not sure it was working 1 week ago, and i update claude desktop twice this week, and i am using verison - Claude 1.5354.0 (9a9e3d) 2026-04-29T01:14:34.000Zg verison
