[BUG] Claude API with Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Hello,

I’m trying to use the Claude API with Claude Code and also directly via curl, but I keep receiving this error:

"Your credit balance is too low to access the Anthropic API. Please go to Plans & Billing to upgrade or purchase credits."

However, in my Console billing page I can see a remaining credit balance of US$105.00.

I tested the same API key directly with curl and received the same error, so it does not seem to be a Claude Code issue.

Could you please check whether my API organization, workspace, billing status, or spend limits are blocking API usage?
