[Bug] Team Premium usage meter shows 85% but token count indicates ~4% usage

Bug Description
Team Premium seat: usage spike looks incorrect.

On 2026-04-29, the "Current session" bar jumped to 85% used, but the token blocks show only 7,087,656 tokens (3.8%) in the active block for $8.20.

For comparison, on 2026-04-28 the first block used 187,895,696 tokens (100%) for $116.39, so the 85% jump today is inconsistent with token usage.
