[Bug] Hidden messages prevent visibility of Claude responses and tool prompts

Bug Description
the system keeps talking but i dont see the messages or the quetions it needs me to answer and then once its done the work it asks to chose an option which was present within those hideen messages, i tried the focus mode change but it didnt help.
