[Bug] TaskCreate writes to disk but UI doesn't display entries on Claude Windows client

Bug Description
CC v2.1.121 on Windows (Claude Windows Client).
TaskCreate writes to ~/.claude/tasks/<id>/ but UI shows no entries. Findings: TaskCreate writes correctly to ~/.claude/tasks/<id>/N.json (verified) but the Tasks pane in the client shows no entries — backend works, UI rendering fails. Possibly related to issue #23874 (TTY-check disabling Task tools when communicating via pipes).
