[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Compiled grammar too large with strict tools

New issue: my app has been working for weeks and suddenly started rejecting everything today.
Also https://platform.claude.com/settings/billing has a "Your balance is $0.00. [Add funds]" toast, but then there's money in the account. Are those billing problems from yesterday no one would respond to an email about still broken too?
