Thinking block in VS Code extension is unclickable / won't expand on Opus 4.7

After updating to the latest extension, the Thinking block in the chat panel is dead. Header shows up but it's not clickable and won't expand. Happens on every response with thinking enabled.

macOS, Opus 4.7.

Looks like the same root cause as #51131 and #49902 (model picker has a branch for claude-opus-4-6[1m] but no claude-opus-4-7[1m], so capability metadata gets stripped). Filing a fresh report so it doesn't get lost since 4.7 is the default model now and this hits everyone on it.

Workaround for anyone landing here: switch back to Opus 4.6 or use the CLI.
