[BUG] GH Bot closes valid issues as not-planned after stale period, closes others as duplicate of not-planned.

What's Wrong?

You are destroying credibility and good will for reporting issues with your platform / sole source of income.
Actually have a human handle bug reports, or stop taking issues as it's an insult to have some github action bot close things will nilly and say "open a new issue if it's still a problem" 🤮

This is a clear example. Not one of the duplicates is fixed or interacted with by a human from anthropic:

I also do not have permission to reopen the issue despite it claiming I should (as the author).

What Should Happen?

People don't feel like 💩 interacting with your bug reporting system.
