What's Wrong?

/ultraplan Please check whether an Electron app or a tiny Swift app is better. The initial screen is a
terrible idea, it should be mimicking the expereince of the original ms-dos app entirely, not try to make
something new. The TurboPascal code on launch, would show a screen that told you the number of waiting
roosevelts. All of the commands could be there. The text 'editor' could be exactly the same, but it could
accept a command-v paste if someone wanted to dump in a bunch of pre-written text. And probably tighten the
requirements for the agent coding the API, examples and what is needed for the client to operate well.

❯ ultraplan: cannot launch remote session —
The Claude GitHub app must be installed on this repository first.

⏺ Ultraplan keeps hitting the same wall despite the app being installed correctly. This might be a transient
backend issue or something specific to newly created repos.

What Should Happen?

Ultraplan should launch

Steps to Reproduce

Try to start ultraplan when Claude Code has not yet created a repository. Claude then creates the repository. Ultraplan will refuse to load.
