Problem Statement

I am doing demos with Claude code and a large git / github status line gets in the way. This is unnecessary and makes it difficulkt to demo, especially when you need to increase font size for accessibility / readability.

Proposed Solution

This should be removed (or at least make it possible to turn off)

Don't currently have a good alternative. It is an accessibility / visibility issue.
