[BUG] Ghostty shows random underlines

Environment

• Claude CLI version: 0.2.45 (Claude Code)
• Operating System: macOS 15.3.2
• Terminal: Ghostty

Bug Description

Sometimes (within the last day only) Claude Code gets into a state where there are a ton of lines in the interface:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Claude Code a ton
2. Lines show up
3. Profit?

Expected Behavior

Not lines

Actual Behavior

Lines

It seems pretty random
