[BUG] Claude-code Hallucination

What's Wrong?

Today Claude-code completely crashed my application, had hallucinations, and used all my tokens to solve it unsuccessfully, leaving me with no tokens. I have a presentation scheduled. Moreover, he confirms that the problem is entirely his fault and that he made a mistake. I am requesting a full refund of my tokens to fix the bug as soon as possible.
