The welcome banner always shows:
Run /init to create a CLAUDE.md file with instructions for Claude
This displays even when a CLAUDE.md is already present and being loaded. It's misleading — it implies the file is missing when it isn't.
Expected: Suppress the /init tip when a CLAUDE.md already exists in the project (including via symlink).
Environment: Claude Code v2.1.47, Linux
