Hook Event <SessionEnd>???

Why do we have all these amazing hooks but no SessionEnd?

I want to be able to do things like cleanup on tmux sessions when I "/exit"

I tried making a custom exit slash command but it just end up getting run as a prompt and is not elegant and ultimately requires renaming because of the default /exit, which then requires 2 slash commands.

Please add the SessionEnd hook to actually complete the Claude Code usage cycle.
