[Bug] CLI becomes unresponsive when accessing rollback menu with double Escape

Bug Description
There's an issue with claude code where I cannot roll back the conversation to a previous point. I double type Esc, enter the menu the CC becomes unresponsive to any inputs. I had to kill the terminal to start over
