[BUG] Hitting limit probably 10-20x faster than normal

What's Wrong?

I don't know what changed, but all of a sudden Claude has become unusable. The 5 hour token limit lasts honestly a few prompts and that's it. It makes actually using the credits we're paying for impossible. I tried to get a refund, but the stupid AI bot determined I wasn't eligible. I'll tell you why I am, though. When I paid for this I could use it - that was around a month or so ago. Now I can't use it anymore, so you're not delivering what I paid for.

What Should Happen?

You should fix this stupid accounting / token usage issue, like just about all of your users have asked.
