[BUG] VS Code extension 2.1.120 published before CLI 2.1.120 was available via claude update

A short report would be: "VS Code extension 2.1.120 published before CLI 2.1.120 was available via claude update — extension panel rendered blank against CLI 2.1.119. Downgrading the extension to 2.1.119 restored functionality." That gives them everything they need to reproduce.

What Should Happen?

both windows powershell cli and vs code should be updated at the same time to 2.1.120. I had to downgrade vs code plugin to 2.1.1119
