[BUG] ScheduleWakeup gets stuck and Wakeup is never fired

What's Wrong?

I am using Claude Code vscode extension's chat and latest version.
When claude needs to wait some time before checking, it fires ScheduleWakeup.
However, in my environment it sometimes gets stuck and never fires Wakeup event.
Platform: Windows 11 25H2

What Should Happen?

Wakeup should happen when the expected time passes.

Error Messages/Logs

I don't see any logs.

Steps to Reproduce

Just use claude code vscode extension normally.
It might happen due to long chat history or extreme load on chat history maybe.
I don't know why it happens.
It just happens randomly.
