Interactive Editor Command for Large Prompts

**Bug Description**
It doesn't seem like it's possible to create a slash command that opens `$EDITOR` interactively. I'd like to do that, for editing larger prompts. Think about an equivalent of `psql`'s `\e` command. It'd be pretty useful!
