[Feature Request] Add context transfer capability with `/new` command instead of requiring `/clear`

Bug Description
[Image #7] rather than it asking me to slash clear to start new token. i prefer it help me to transfer certain context and where i type the slash new or any command then it will trigger the new session. this will save a lot of our work
