[Bug] Claude Code hangs on simple tasks (deploy, refactor) without interrupt response

Bug Description
Claude code se queda colgado, tareas como deployar via cli a supabase o un refactor simple a codigo de frontend se quda colgado, duro mas de 15 minutos en una tarea simple, la mayor parte el tiempo fue colgado, no permitia marcar esc para detener
