What's Wrong?
The specific bug to report: /mcp TUI dialog breaks silently when the terminal window is too small — servers are present and connected (e.g. playwright shows ✓
Connected in claude mcp list) but don't appear in the dialog, with no error or scroll indicator to explain why.
What Should Happen?
Scrolling should show the top part of the TUI once you scroll past the bottom

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a terminal window and make it small (narrow/short)
- Start Claude Code (claude)
- Type /mcp
- Observe that some or all MCP servers don't appear in the dialog
