What's Wrong?
The specific bug to report: /mcp TUI dialog breaks silently when the terminal window is too small — servers are present and connected (e.g. playwright shows ✓
Connected in claude mcp list) but don't appear in the dialog, with no error or scroll indicator to explain why.
What Should Happen?
Scrolling should show the top part of the TUI once you scroll past the bottom

- Open a terminal window and make it small (narrow/short)
- Start Claude Code (claude)
- Type /mcp
- Observe that some or all MCP servers don't appear in the dialog

This ticket is not a dupe of those, because those say that the dialog doesn't show anything. My issue is different; it shows items, but not the ones which are at the top of the list. If you scroll all the way to the bottom and keep going, it loops back up to an item in the middle of the list, rather than showing the top of the list.
Workaround is to use a longer window.
