Problem Statement

Every day I MUST switch between API usage with custom base url with api token with pay per token and simple Max plan.

Proposed Solution

I'd like to be able to run "claude --profile-work" to work wth custom setting and "claude --profile-home" to use my personal account with Max subscription.
