[Bug] API Error: 400 Invalid Request - Image Processing Error Without Image Input

Bug Description
hi so I get this weird error API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Could not process image"},"request_id":"req_011CaNFipwAxNCthiQHiPa9e"} eventhough I didn't send any image. after this the whole conversation is broken and every follow up message I send will show the same API Error 400
