The most recent 30-minute five-hour session....

Bug Description
The resource burn on this conversation and all of the preceding conversations for the last few weeks have been absolutely ludicrous garbage. I am thirty minutes into this session. 30 MINUTES INTO A 300 MINUTE SESSION DURING OFF PEAK HOURS NO LESS!!! I have accomplished two small things in three fresh conversations and then discussed why it is that this model, can't function within the rules and guidelines and explanations and discussions and everything that we have put in place to try and guide its behavior, and I'm out of context for the session. It continues to do as it pleases regardless of anything that is trying to be put in place to get some control over it. I'm carrying SO MUCH contextual overhead into every conversation trying to keep it in line for what appears to be no reason whatsoever. It chooses to ignore hooks, claude.md, memory.md, and every conversation we have. What is the point of carrying the drag of all of these files along with all of the other baggage to work around the fact that the model "loses its context" from every session even though it has the ability to search previous chats, and keep a running log of notes about our interactions, and can see every conversation that has ever happened in our history??? So users have to put in all of this extra effort and garbage to work around every new, smooth-brained, fresh, baby claude, and it's going so well that it is accomplishing nearly nothing for me. I'm a couple of weeks behind on my project now due to the combination of this excessive token burn, and these tiresome and unnecessary converstations to try and fix it. What it's going to accomplish for you is to drive me and the rest of the customers complaining all over the internet about how the problem is only getting worse away. If you would like to continue to exist as a company that does the thing where it makes money, you had better start listening to your customers and get yours and claude's respective acts together. There are alternatives. They aren't as good yet, but they are cheaper and improving at about the pace of your decline. It won't be long before you become irrelevant at the rate you're going.
