Problem Statement

Switching between claude code tabs is really hard, it takes me a while before I remember what that tab is about.

Proposed Solution

You could maintain a very little hint describing the tab (that changes dynamically) so that when we come back to the tab we catch up faster. It could apper in every claude code UI.
