Bug Description
I ran out of usage for the week so I purchased $1000 USD of extra usage so I could keep working. However, claude code in iTerm2, in claude desktop, and claude.ai still think I am out of usage and won't let me work. When I look at the billing settings for my org I can see the extra usage I purchased. I am the organization owner and this is a team account. Do I need a refund of the $1000 of extra usage I purchased?
