[BUG] Claude Code process exited with code 1

What's Wrong?

When I try to get cowork or code to do anything I immediately get an error message saying Claude Code process exited with code 1. I'm running latest mac os, latest claude and have cleared caches etc. I reported it to claude a few days ago now and no response. Not sure how to fix it.

What Should Happen?

It isn't doing anything as far as I can see.
