Unexpected Form Submission Behavior Causing Text Loss

Bug Description
I have just written an elaborate description of another issue and right before the submit got informed that it'd be sending along a bunch of information about my env that's not relevant to the issue. And then it discarded the entire text once I clicked Esc. You're not getting that bug report now, btw.
