What's Wrong?

When I enter anything into chat i get this message every few seconds over and over again. I refresh the session but it starts up over and over again. Error message is "Tool result could not be submitted. The request may have expired or the connection was interrupted. Refresh the page to continue."

What Should Happen?

This message should not appear.
